The first thing that I will say is that I'm late. Yes, yes, I know I said 17th October, but things weren't quite right and you know how life goes. Still, 10 days behind schedule (A schedule that I'm sure no one cared about except for me!) is not as bad as it could have been, so let's say no more about it.

So, where the hell have I been? Hopefully you will have seen by now, that things look a little bit different around here (If you haven't, get off Bloglovin' and come take a look). It's funny, I've been working on this redesign for so long, and now that it's finally finished and ready for the world to see I feel a bit... underwhelmed, you know? I wanted to[bxA] really simplify the design, make it more user-friendly and let the content - images, mainly - speak for themselves. I've asked for several people's feedback along the way - a big thank you must go out to Martin, Faith and Jenna for their invaluable, honest opinions - and now it's finally at the stage where I'm happy with it and I can do no more. Let me know what you think! I've checked thoroughly for glaring errors, and it all seems to be fine so far, but if you spot anything (Links not working, images not loading, kooky HTML) then please let me know - it would be very much appreciated.

The only major thing left to do is to make this blog mobile-friendly - it's a bit of a task, and one that is not high on my priority list right now so I will sort it out another day. You can still see the blog on mobiles fine, but it will show in desktop mode and you will have to zoom in and out to navigate around. I'm sure you'll all manage for a short while.

Whilst I've been away from the blog, I've not been idle - quite the opposite in fact! I'm still having driving lessons (Theory's booked for the 31st - eeek!), I've been to a few events and eaten at a few places that I really want to write about. A few things will be quite out of date by the time I come to write about them, but better late than never, right? I will get back into the swing of blogging as soon as I can; however, I want to get my theory test out of way first. I'm studying and practicing every night, so that hopefully in a few days time I can say that I've passed! So, just sit tight until the beginning of next week and things should start to get back to normal again.

Thank you, yet again, for sticking with me - I've seen a few followers drop here or there but not as much as I expected - and I managed to gain some followers too, so thanks for giving me a chance! I hope that you like the new blog and what it will have to offer over the coming months.
