TRESemme Deep Cleansing Shampoo
This has been my shampoo of choice for a while now, and I'm onto my second bottle. I have to wash my hair every day (Yeah, I know), but this is gentle enough to cleanse my hair without stripping it entirely. It's always on offer too so it's easy to stock up when I need to buy it again!
Repurchase? Yes.
V05 Revive Me Daily Conditioner
I have since moved onto the matching TRESemme conditioner, but I really enjoyed using this with the V05 shampoo. It had a lovely scent, made my hair so much easier to manage and didn't weigh down my hair at all, no matter how much I put in. It rinsed well too, with no excess residue left.
Repurchase? Yes.
Lemongrass House Blue Chamomile Shampoo*
Last time saw me talk about the conditioner, and this time around I've finished up the shampoo. This was very pleasant to use. It lathered up a surprisingly large amount considering the lack of sulfates and did a good job of cleansing my hair. However, at the price point there's better alternatives for less.
Repurchase? No.
Bumble & Bumble Surf Spray
You may remember that I fell in love with this product way back in June last year, and I managed to finish the 50ml bottle about eight months later. I find that I don't need a lot to give me the wave and volume that I need, so it works out at surprisingly good value for money. I will always love this!
Repurchase? Yes, in a bigger bottle.
The Body Shop Camomile Cleansing Butter
My cleansing balm of choice for a while now, I managed to finish my first tub up last month. I think that I might have to declare this to be the cleansing balm for me, as it works so well for my skin and taking make up off is a complete doddle. It smells so, so good too - I can almost smell it now!
Repurchase? Yes - already have!
Clinique Clarifying Lotion
This isn't strictly speaking totally empty yet, as I've decanted what's left into a smaller bottle. I decided to try this when my previous toner ran out (See below) and I'm really liking it so far. It really helps to keep any dry patches at bay and my skin balanced - it doesn't eradicate the oil for me but it definitely helps.
Repurchase? Yes.
The Body Shop Seaweed Mattifying Day Cream
I have had this for the longest time - well over a year, in fact! I used it exclusively on my nose, which explains why it took me so long to finish it. I quite liked it, but in the end found that it wasn't quite moisturising enough for me. I was also never a big fan of the scent - seaweed isn't really my thing!
Repurchase? No.
Derma V10 Q10 Innovative Day Cream*
Again, this wasn't empty either but I'd used about 3/4 of it up and decided to move on. I used this as a night cream - it was way too thick for me to consider using during the day - and it worked pretty well for this purpose. However, it was very heavily scented and in truth, I could never get along with that.
Repurchase? No.
Clarins Gentle Exfoliator Brightening Toner
This was the first toner that I bought on the advise of Caroline Hirons, and it lasted me a pretty long time. Much like the Clinique, it does a fantastic job on my dry patches but I found that this one made my rosacea worse over time due to the alcohol content. It's a shame as I really enjoyed this product!
Repurchase? No.
Urban Veda Purifying Day Cream*
This was a sample from a blogger event, and it took me quite a while to work around to it! However, out of all of the Urban Veda products that I have tried this one has been my favourite. It provided just the right amount of moisture for my oily patches and didn't make them any worse - big thumbs up for me!
Repurchase? Yes.
Indeed Labs Hydraluron
I have a love/hate relationship with this. When I first started using it, I could see myself repurchasing but now that I've finished it, I wouldn't. Over time, I didn't see any noticeable improvement to my skin and it left my hands feeling sticky. Any other serum would do the same job with added benefits!
Repurchase? No.
Imperial Leather Foamburst in Green Tea, Rice Milk & Jasmine
These have been in my bathroom for some months now, and I've been through four bottles in different scents. I really love these, they foam up so well and a little goes a long way. However, the claim that they last for 40 washes is nonsense! My favourite scent is the Vanilla & Cherry Blossom.
Repurchase? Yes, when they're on offer.
Treacle Moon Warm Cinnamon Nights Bath & Shower Gel*
I was given this to review well over a year ago now, and I just managed to finish it about a month ago. I had put it away during the summer months, so when November rolled around again, I dug it back out. Again, a little of this goes a long way and the scent was just Christmas in a bottle - love it!
Repurchase? Yes.
First Aid Beauty Gentle Body Wash
This was in a beauty box many moons ago, and it ended up being delegated to the bottom of a drawer. I came across it recently and, in between buying shower gels, used it up. It is unscented so perfect for those with sensitive skin. It foams up on its own reasonably well, but foams better with a shower puff.
Repurchase? No - too plain for me.
Clarins Extra-Firming Body Cream
Another beauty box item and one that I kept forgetting to use up, despite being so small. Once I did remember to use it, I used it up in three goes! This cream was quite nice, but for the money that it's worth I expected something a bit more luxurious. I noticed no improvement in firmness neither.
Repurchase? No.
La Sultane De Saba Body Lotion
Last but not least, I didn't have high hopes for this but it actually turned out to be a winner. I usually prefer body butters, but this lotion was surprisingly thick and rich, and smelt gorgeous too. I would leave this on my feet overnight with socks on, and my feet never failed to be smooth and soft by the morning.
Repurchase? Maybe.
