I'm back again with another Primark haul for you guys... sometimes I feel like that I should just live in the shop! Truthfully, Primark is one of the few places where I feel comfortable walking around for a while, picking up items as I go along and feel like I can take as much time as I need. In other shops, I tend to feel a bit stressed! Is it just me? Primark shopping is known to be quite stressful at weekends, but on this occasion I visited late on a Sunday afternoon, so the store was pretty quiet. I also should point out that I bought all of this from the Headrow store rather than the Trinity one - I had completely forgotten that this store existed and in truth, it turns out that they've been hiding some right gems!
I'd spotted this in store previously, and I had no idea that it existed - why it wasn't included in Primark's spring/summer preview is beyond me. This skirt is gorgeous! The material is lovely and thick, and has an exposed zip at the back. It looks and feels much more expensive than it really is.
Marvel men's tshirt, £8
I came across the women's versions of these and fell in love, but there was one thing stopping me from buying them - the arms! They're awful; huge, gaping arm holes and very turned up sleeves. So, I was pleased to find a regular version in the men's section and it fits like a dream!
Pink embossed tshirt, £5
I bought the black version of this several months ago, and have been keeping an eye out for other colours ever since. For spring Primark have released this gorgeous pale, blush pink shade that is perfectly on trend. I love the embossed detail - it adds a bit a life to this otherwise plain tshirt.
White embossed tshirt, £5
This is the same as the one above, but in white. I actually found this about a month ago in the Trinity store, but they only had a couple left and none in my size - so imagine my surprise when I walked into the Headrow store and found a whole rack full of them! Wonders will never cease.
Blue quilted tshirt, £6
Again, I've spotted this before and have been uhmming and aahing about them for a while. In my mind, I envisioned them being worn with a midi skirt but I wasn't sure whether the shape would be too boxy. As it turns out, these fit wonderfully and most importantly - they have decent length sleeves!
White quilted tshirt, £6
Once I saw that this style of top fitted me quite well, I made it my mission to pick up one in every colour - unfortunately, the Headrow store only had these two but I've definitely seen a grey version before. The material is surprisingly thick and cosy - perfect for those slightly cooler days.
Black suedette pumps, £6
Last but not least, I needed a new pair of black pumps, to replace a pair that I had worn to death quite a few months ago. These are a wide fit, which I thought I'd try, seeing as I always stretch shoes widthways. These were the most comfortable out of the pairs that I tried on, thanks to the cushioned sole.

I love the embossed and quilted shirts but I've been too shy to try them on in case they didn't suit me ... I probably need to suck it up and at least try them on before they stop selling them and I have shoppers regret!

Give them a go! They're a bit short for me, but like I said I'd wear them with my midi skirts xx
DeleteGreat buys! I absolutely love Primarks quilted t-shirts. I love the marvel t-shirt, too. Such a shame about the womens one, but sometimes mens tops are far more comfortable anyway! :) x
ReplyDeleteThat's true - I generally prefer the men's range for comfy, printed tshirts! x
DeleteI love the embossed t-shirts, really want to pick one of these up next time I go to Primark xx
