Yankee Candles from Collectables

August 21, 2013

As you guys know, I'm a big fan of Yankee Candles - but what I'm not a fan of is being able to find them! There's not many shops to buy them from in the UK and I usually buy them from eBay online and Asda Living or The Gift Gallery in store. I did also come across a store in Highcross Leicester called Aroma that sold the range (Closed down now unfortunately) but to be honest, places to buy them are few and far between. However, a few weeks ago my attention was brought to a little website called Collectables. They sell all sorts of items from designer handbags to furniture but what caught my eye was their "Candles & Fragrance" section - within which was a range of Yankee Candles!

Yankee Candle Collectables

This is the sort of website you could spend hours on, browsing through all of the items on offer. With an inventory so large you'd think that the site would be a bit confusing; however, the design and the layout makes browsing and purchasing very easy. The image belows shows the thought and planning put into the Yankee Candle section - it's clear and concise and I love how Yankee Candle's massive range has been split up into sub-sections of Fruit, Floral, Fresh and Food & Spice. There is also a section on the size that allows you to shop by candle size rather than fragrance, which is good if you're open to trying a few new fragrances instead of finding one in particular.

Collectables selection of fragrances is very impressive, in every size imaginable - you'd be hard pushed to find a fragrance that you didn't want to try! They're also very reasonably priced, with money off and deals to be found across the entire range. For example, you can buy any two selected large jars for £29.99, which saves you around £10 and worth taking advantage of if you plan on stocking up! Delivery is free if you spend over £49.99 or £3.95 if you don't, and expected within 5 working days. They also have stores located all across the North East, the closest to me being the Junction 32 store which I have actually visited before and there's always some great offers to be found there too.

Have you ever shopped from Collectables before? Which Yankee Candles would you buy?
