I've seen quite a few of these posts floating around in the blogosphere, and the more I've read them the more I've wanted to write a version of my own! So here it is, here's what I'm hoping to keep up with blogging-wise for 2013.

I'd like to think that I'm not a bad blogger, but I have to admit that I am very lazy with comments. I love reading other people's blogs, yet even when I have really enjoyed a post I just don't take a few seconds to comment and show some appreciation to the girl who's spent the time to write it. I don't know about you, but receiving comments is a big highlight of my blog for me and it makes my day to get one, so long story short I need to spread the love.



I normally do this and stick to it fairly well, but as of late I've been slipping up with it. I don't start work until 1pm on weekdays and therefore this leaves me more than enough time to take any blog photos. However I am a massive lover of my bed and even when I've had plenty of sleep am desperate for just five more minutes! So from now on I'm going to make an active effort to get up just a little bit earlier every day and take any photos that I need to.



I really do enjoy doing these posts, but for some reason I do them very rarely. I think it's because I don't leave any time for any photos to be taken before I head out, therefore a post that could have been never materialises. I will also try and write a little extra something on each post too - I normally just write where I got what from where but it seems a bit too short for me. Does anyone have any suggestions on what else I could include in my OOTD posts?



Ok, well this isn't really a blogging resolution as such but I think you'll agree that it ties right in. I bought a good little video camera last October - not only to take to Amsterdam but also to film beauty/fashion videos on. I don't think it would be a regular thing but all too often over the last few months I've had an idea to film something and just not had the means to do it! If I figure out a decent setup I would like to at the very least give it a go this year.



It was not so long ago that I discovered that these chats were happening twice a week over on Twitter, and since I have found that out I have joined in on a few of them. I've always had a really good experience - I get to chat to lovely girls about a given topic and get to promote my blog, which leads to more followers and more opportunities! However with the main one being on a Sunday night, it usually means I'm travelling back from Martin's house at 8pm so I tend to forget about it. Not any more!


And that's it for my blogging resolutions for this year! They are all perfectly doable and I fully intend to keep up with them throughout the year.
